Mayor Sergei Valter has received a commendation from the Head of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration Borys Petrov for a dignified presentation of Melitopol potential on the national exhibition "Picturesque Ukraine". The exhibition action took place on the�16th of�August at the National Complex "Expocentre of Ukraine". It presented the achievements of all the regions of Ukraine. Melitopolis the only city in the Zaporizhia region, that was personally awarded for the participation in this event.

Melitopol presented a general stand and a personal one of the enterprise called "Talco". Video�about�Melitopol that described its people, industry, education, cultural monuments was presented on the stand. Printed information about the unique plants, industrial potential, investment projects of entrepreneurs and industry, infrastructure development projects of the city, etc were distributed among the visitors.
