State Agency for Investment and Management of National Projects in Ukraine has presented the investment opportunities in Ukraine to the international business representatives at the international exhibition MIPIM-2012. On the area of 18,000 square meters the exhibition has gathers more than 19,000 important players of the real estate market, as well as investors, developers, government representatives, consulting, engineering, architectural and other companies. Participation in the exhibition allows to represent the investment opportunities of Ukraine to the wide range of professionals and attract investors at the international level. This year there were about 90 participants from Ukraine representing 23 companies. Exposition of the SAIMNP represent individual national projects and industrial parks in Ukraine, in particular the national project "Air Express", "InterMedicalEcoCity, Olympic Hope 2022" and 14 industrial parks in Ukraine - vacant lands for placing productions with available access to infrastructure, manpower and markets.
The exhibition is a unique opportunity for rapid and efficient investment in specific projects and areas. In 2011, within one working day the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation has attracted $ 1 billion USD at MIPIM. According to the Melitopol Deputy Mayor Valery Govorkov, among the 14 potential sites in different regions of Ukraine, where industrial parks can be created, Melitopol looks quite attractive to the world investors. Work on promoting the opportunities of our city will continue.
