State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine has provided investment opportunities in Ukraine to the businessmen at the international exhibition MIPIM-2012. The exhibition was held from the 6th to the 9th of March in Cannes, France. Among the information provided was the presentation of the industrial park Invest-Melitopol.
The exhibition is held annually on an area of 18 000 square meters. It gathers more than 19 000 core real estate market players, as well as investors, developers, government officials, consultants, engineers, architects and others. Participation in the exhibition allows to represent at international level investment opportunities in Ukraine to the wide community and to attract international investors. This year there were about 90 participants from Ukraine representing 23 companies. Exposure of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine represented individual national projects and industrial parks of Ukraine, in particular national project "Air Express", "InterMedicalEcoCity, Olympic Hope 2022 and 14 industrial parks in Ukraine (sites that have access to the infrastructure, near to the manpower and overseas markets).
The exhibition is a unique opportunity for fast and efficient investment in specific projects and areas. In 2011, Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation in a single day of work at MIPIM has attracted 1 billion USD. According to the Deputy Mayor Valeriy Govorkov Melitopol looks quite attractive for the world investors among the 14 potential sites in different regions of Ukraine, where the industrial parks may be established.
