Melitopol Deputy Mayor Valeriy Govorkov and director of "Melitopolkommuntrans" public utility Dmitry Kolesnik had a meeting with a representative of the Spanish company "HERA" Alex Alvarez Grande. During the meeting the parties discussed the possibility of building a plant for recycling of solid waste.

- We continue to search for investors to set up production facilities for disposal of municipal solid waste. Melitopol has a convenient geographical location at the junction of two international routes. The city landfill has certain raw materials, which is essential for the development of this business. We have all the assets to start the project - said Valeriy Govorkov.

In turn, the representative of the Spanish investor expressed interest in the construction of the plant, evaluated Melitopol potential and offered to exchange with the additional information.
