A team of experts of the "Community Based Results Accountability" project (within the framework of the programme of Council of Europe called "Intercultural cities") that included the Associate Director at the Center for the Study of Social Policy Phyllis Brunson and managers of a consulting company "Ordina" Thijs Malmberg and Willie van Eijs. The essence of this program is to establish close cooperation between citizens and municipal authorities. Only three cities in the world took part in this experiment : Tilburg (the Netherlands), Lisbon (Portugal), and Melitopol (Ukraine). Experts evaluated the results that the authorities of the city of Melitopolof have shown in a short time. They plan to publish a manual for other cities in which our city experience will be used as a positive example.
