The city will make three kindergartens coldproof according to NEFCO's project.     The implementation of energy efficienct project continues in Melitopol. This project the city government is implementing jointly with the Nordic environment Finance Corporation, NEFCO (Scandinavia).

Melitopol citizens can already evaluate the results of its first part - the installation of led lighting on the Heroyiv Ukrayiny Street and 30-richchya Peremohy Boulevard where the work is almost completed, now the technical supervision checks the quality of its fulfilment.

Now the preparatory work for the second part of the project is completed, within which three kindergartens will be made coldproof. Authorized by the decision of city Council session, the capital construction department has already signed a contract with Ltd. "GELIUS-group" in the fulfilment of this work. The contract is worth 240,7 thousand euros.

Melitopol mayor Sergiy Minko assured that the city government will continuously monitor work of the contractor. Before October 1, the contracting firm must complete the heat insulation taking into account all the quality requirements of the work.

�onsidering the fairly short period of time, representatives of the contractor has committed to perform the work simultaneously at three sites.

The implementation of this part of the project, in addition to a significant improvement of the temperature regime for children who attend these kindergartens, according to preliminary calculations, the city budget will annually save about UAH 330 000.
