Seriously ill citizens will be operated in the capital.  Amosov Institute and Melitopol city Council have signed an agreement on medical diagnostic and scientific cooperation. In the framework of the joint work Melitopol surgeons trainings are planned at the Amosov Institute in Kiev, as well as the provision of consulting and diagnostic services and subsequent hospitalization at the clinic of the Institute. 29 Jul leading cardiologists of Ukraine from National Institute of cardiovascular surgery named after Amosov NAMS of Ukraine held a consultation and diagnostic services for more than 100 profile patients in Melitopol.

According to the head of infarction unit of the cardiology Department of city hospital � 2 Alexander Samukov, cardiac surgeons from Kiev were waited in Melitopol during few months. We selected a few patients for further treatment in the capital that require complex surgical interventions.

Professor of the Amosov Institute, chief freelance specialist of the Ministry of health in the specialty �Adult surgery of the heart and great vessels� Konstantin Rudenko noted the powerful potential of local cardiologists and local authorities on improvement and re-equipment of medical institutions of the city.
