November 16 in the Melitopol City Council was held a presentation of an interactive platform "Open city" www.opencity.in.ua in the framework of the "Open society � ensuring effective communication in the development of communities of Zaporizhzhia region", Zaporizhzhia charity Fund "Yednist" for the future" implements with the support of East Europe Foundation as a regional partner. The project is carried out with the support of the Ukrainian-canadian project PLEDDG.

As it was noted during the presentation, each Melitopol citizen in the nearest future will have the opportunity to quickly at any time from a smartphone, a tablet, a laptop or a computer using an interactive platform "Open city" apply to housing and communal services of the city, attaching a photo or video with the address of the problem and track the solution. The appeal will be forwarded to the municipal services of the city. The moderator, who redirects such messages, will be check them for compliance with legislation in the sphere of personal data protection.
