22 February in the conference hall of Melitopol City Council representatives of local authorities, Ministry of health, NGOs, and public figures gathered to discuss the key issues in Ukraine that concern the public, and first steps to overcome them.

The experts of public organization "Center UA", together with experts of the coalition "Reanimation package of reforms" held a nationwide tour, "Change: cooperation for the sake of changes" regarding the required reforms and democratic changes in the region of the country, to gather the positions of the representatives of the most active communities of Melitopol for the development and discussion of systemic changes in the country.

There was discussed a number of important issues, namely: 

- how health care reform will be implemented in the lives of citizens at the level of cities and united local communities.

- what election rules will allow to start the change of political elites in the country at the national and regional levels;

- how taxpayers can control how their money is being spent;

- under what conditions the authorities will hear the positions and demands of citizens and how to influence decision-making.

However, the greatest attention was paid to the subject of medicine and reform in this area.
